Home should provide safety, stability, independence and dignity. Havenmore Housing Association CIC provides safe, well-managed supported housing for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other support needs. We aim to create stable, long-term homes where tenants can live with greater independence, subject to the accommodation remaining suitable, safe, affordable and legally sustainable.
About Havenmore Housing Association CIC
Havenmore Housing Association CIC is a not-for-profit community interest company providing supported housing for adults with disabilities and support needs. Our role is to provide and manage safe, suitable homes, with clear tenancy information, responsive housing management and a strong focus on dignity, independence and tenant wellbeing.
Many of the people housed by Havenmore have experienced barriers to suitable accommodation. This may include unsuitable placements, difficulty accessing adapted or supported housing, financial pressure, or the need for coordinated input from local authorities, care providers, families and professionals.
We work with those partners to make sure the housing arrangement is understood, properly managed and responsive to each tenant’s needs. Havenmore’s housing role is distinct from any regulated care or personal support provided by other organisations.
We believe a good home is the foundation for stability, safety, community connection and independence. Our aim is to provide housing that is well managed, legally clear and sustainable for the people who live there.
Tenancy Rights and Housing Standards
Havenmore is reviewing its tenancy information, website content and housing documents in line with the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 and wider housing regulation changes.
We will give tenants clear written information about their tenancy, rent, service charges, complaints process, repairs, safety responsibilities and rights.
Where a tenant needs help to understand information, we will support involvement from family members, appointees, advocates or other authorised representatives where appropriate.
